The proofgame you're remembering is a proofgame by Andrei Frolkin and
Oksana Kartseva (first version is
http://www.janko.at/Retros/Schwalbe/N166.htm#9723), it's been cooked and
'corrected' and cooked again several times, and I don't think there's a
final correction.
