Two cents
Dallas is "expensive!"
Oklahoma City and Tulsa cheap.
Have found that making a reservation weeks in advance rate is
higher than making reservation a day or two before arriving.
BUT each city is different in the US and other countries are another
matter.
If you decline the rental companies insurance rate goes down
dramatically
When using credit card if you "do not decline" the rental
companies ins. your credit card company will not cover you!
