Hi Ronny,

The outside temp display should be interchangeable.  It's a self 
contained module that sits in the IC tray.  Take your IC to the wreckers 
and simply match up the connector pins and patterns for each of the 
harnesses.  The only one that will be absent is the temp harness but, 
you don't need this on the replacement.

The ABS bulb can simply be unplugged from the socket and the empty 
socket put back in place or whatever you choose to block out light.

As for calibration I can't help you but assume this will not be an issue.

You may want to refresh all the IC bulbs and do the typical capacitor 
replacement on the clock board.
