[W126 Coupe] Instrument Cluster

I have also a 300SD 1984. The odo-meter is not working and I found a wrecking place who has several complete instrument clusters for sale for $125. But none of these are from !984. He has 2 from 1982 and 1 from 1983 and they have no outside temperature meter. He has also a 1985 that has an ABS indicator, which the 1984 do no have.
Are the odo meters from the 1982, 1983 and the 1985 the same as the 1984 model? What about the other instruments? Are these instruments inter-changeable?

Can somebody help me.
