Hi Carl,

Extremely unlikely that compartment was used for smuggling given the ease
with which it could be located.  Sounds like  someone located a tracker or
car cell phone transceiver (old analog type) in that location.

Enjoying second week in MA getting caught up on outdoor choirs.
