Right Bruce,
With Steve shipping Seattle to Phoenix he should have his order snapped up quickly.
If he was in Lake City, MN and shipping to Southbridge, Mass then it might take a wee bit of time to place the order. From remote locals and to remote locals you are sometimes reduced to dropping off and/or picking up your vehicle at shipping points. Then you have logistics and time and storage (aughhhhhhhh) to deal with.
