[W126 Coupe] Hesitation while driving

Yep only under load. I dumped some gas into it before bolting it up.
The hesitation only happens under load you are correct, that's why I
am so perplexed. I read on mb forumrs it might be the icv???? Idle
contol valve next to ditributor? But it idles stars and revs perfect.
Just when driving. Still acts like the filter is clogged.
