Sean, do the simple checks first. When done with the electrics, check
for a vac leak as Jonathan suggested in earlier post. Could try jumping
with 14ga. the fuel pump relay and test drive. Remove jumper
immediately after the test run. If no hesitation it's the fuel pump
relay. If hesitation persists you will need to start drilling deeper
with tests for fuel pressure and electrics as per the manual.
