[W126 Coupe] *****SPAM***** Vanity Light

I recently had my headliner reupholstered and one of the many issues  
my car came back with was that the passenger side vanity light did not  
come on. I have narrowed the problem down to the connection where the  
visor clips in. There is some play in this clip where it feels like it  
hasn't been screwed in to the roof right. How do you tighten it, there  
seems to be a screw in there but how do I get to it ?
