Simon,
If you look at the forward side of the clip, you should see the faint
outline of the cover over that screw. It requires popping the cover
open with a thin screwdriver or the tip of a sharp knife.
Then the screw is easily accessed through the hole, as long as the visor
isn't clipped into it.

Be careful with the small plastic cover though, as it's plastic and
prone to have gotten brittle with the years.
