[W126 Coupe] Maintenance question

Seems your getting a lube from the dealer all for the same price
The only difference between any oils, anti-freeze. etc. from dealer/
MB and outside source is the container and the dye that is put in
for the MB package.
Same for tranny gasket and filter.
