[W126 Coupe] manual trans sec?

I'd be interested to hear how the bell housing matches up, if it does at
all.
The lack of a manual option is one of my only peeves about the MB full
size cars. I'm of the camp that believes a sports car isn't unless
you're rowing your own, and in my SD, I'd almost rather have the manual
just for the better fuel economy! (Driving a full size car for fuel
economy.. Hah!)

If you get the chance, I'd love to see the front end of the tranny, even
a good pic with relative distances between bolt holes would be
appreciated. If it's something somewhat workable, I may have to go
hunting BMW's for a tranny!
