[W126 Coupe] Heater & rear window defoger

Steve,
I have the same kind of problem that Rick does regarding the Mercedes 126  
library. I cannot open the first CD at all. I get an error  that says the  disc 
is not supported by (windows) FAT 32. The second disc does work but  
eventually freezes my computer then I must turn it off in order to retrieve the  disc 
from my hard drive. I have downloaded your files but if I can't open  the disc 
then cannot upload the software. Do you have any suggestions. I  hate to 
purchase this software again just to find I have the same  problem. Any help is 
greatly appreciated.
