[W126 Coupe] Licence plate help

I believe that this would be a violation of the Drivers Privacy
Protection Act. You have to report it to the police and they have to
determine if it's a safety issue and they have to be the ones to handle
it from there on out. If they don't think it is, the best you can do is
keep reporting it.

Does anyone have access to a database to lookup the name of a driver
from the plate number? The plate is New Mexico 030 NFB  This moron
drives a 3 series BMW and has been terrorizing the folks around here for
several weeks. If I could get a name we could report him to his
employer, the local police say thay can't do anything and will not help.
