[W126 Coupe] Licence plate help

Some clips:
This is the same guy that I am after.  I've seen him too many times going way too fast and passing in crazy areas!  I am officially out to get him. I put something in the Reader's Forum which they said would be on there tomorrow.  Unless they decide it's not appropriate for the forum.  I have Tesuque Police watching for him at about 630am, they say to call 988-9119 if he speeds by me near the Opera then they can get him near the casino.  I might even get out and stand by the officer and clap!

Be careful going down by the rink, this morning there was a little gray BMW passing on the other side of the road the whole way down and the whole way up, blind curves and everything going at least 50 miles per hour.

Did it have a black ski rack?  If it did one of my co-workers that commutes from Santa Fe sees him speeding everyday going over 100mph.
