[W126 Coupe] drivers seat mod,s

Hi all,
        I,am  having trouble getting in and out of the drivers seat on my 83 500 SEC EURO.
Wondering if anyone has fitted a swivel seat to their SEC
Been told sill height is a problem and getting over that brings the large  steering wheel into play.  I have the smaller Momo steering wheel fitted, that gives me an extra 21/2 to 3'' space.  I also have hand controls fitted, so don't need to reach the gas or brake pedals- that allows the seat to sit well back.
Any thoughts?
