Hi again Waldemar,
The more I look at this, the more the bushings seem to 'look good'. If the bushing are worn, the shifter may (or may not) be able to position the linkage properly so as to engage the switch EVERY time. A guesstimate on my part..
Anyway, here is the location & a schematic of the Neutral Safety switch for you.
