By way of convention, while traveling the highways in Iraq the pedal is 
sent to the floor and the speedo stops at 85.  The convoys roll at a 
speed equal to the slowest mover in the convoy.  No one really knows the 
speed, they don't care either.  The highways are the most dangerous 
place for our troops in that country.  Clear one minute and very deadly 
the next.
