[W126 Coupe] lighting option

This was an option on European models.  They were
called City Lights I think.  Basically an early
version of what most car manufacturers have now with
the lights on all the time.  I think you have to
change out the back of the lights.  But it is just a
small bulb that comes on when the parking lights come
on.  Satish had done this to his car.
