does the above sentence imply that when you pull the stalk the high beam indicator in the dash lights? if that is so, it is highly possible that your stalk is fine. what happens when you push the stalk forward to lock to high beam? if the dash indicators light up again, the problem is either both of your bulbs or wiring, but definitely not the stalk.
