[W126 Coupe] removing plastic panels

The moldings are a bit of a pain..there's a nut holding it one towards the
rear complicating the matter. Small clip in the front and pop out/in clips
along the rest of the door. It is good to get back there make sure
everything looks kosher...good time to lube the window regulator etc..
