[W126 Coupe] removing plastic panels

In reviewing other shots I have of the front and rear fenders with panels
removed, I believe you will have a difference in panel height where the
bolts for the front fender are exposed and the metal is cut longer than the
door panel itself.  At the rear fender/door seam you have what appears to be
a cavity (a drain perhaps) that flows off the base of the door pillar where
the door strike is located.

I'd say the body moldings have to stay and I think they may weigh 20lbs in
total from my recollection a few years back.
