Hello Everyone! 

Thank you all for your advise/info...  I'm going to see about finding
a 3rd part appraiser to start, as well as look for comparable cars for
sale in all the usual places.  Hopefully I'll be able to negotiate
something more to my liking w/ these fools;-)
