You'll need to do some tests and be more specific.  Try answering each of these and report back to the list.

Can you pinpoint the location of the whistle sound?  Be as specific as you can.
Does the whistle go away when you lower a window partially?
Does the whistle go away when you open a door?
Does the whistle go away at certain blower speeds?
Does the whistle go away when the car is stationary?
What mode is the ACC in when the whistle occurs and does the whistle disappear in any of these modes?  
Present in all modes?
Just heat (ECC)?
Just when air conditioning engaged?
Just in defrost to front windscreen?
Does the whistle go away when you place the car in Recirc mode?

What is the year and model of your Mercedes?
