Did you mean Rook=5?  I think that's almost universal; I don't think
I've ever seen a valuation as low as 4.  (usually R > B/N+P in practical
play; it is true that often R is a bit worse than B/N+P+P but there are
refinements that value B or N as a bit more than 3 points, e.g. 3.25 .
