What is the length record for a no-capture non-unique Shortest Proof Game in
Chess?

The best I could find in PDB is P0008074 which has an entirely different
intention and stipulation. I constructed a proof game for this position in
78.5 moves. It might be possible to shorten this by several moves but in any
case Problems constructed with the record in mind should improve on this
number considerably.

My search in PDB gives the record for unique SPG as 57.5 moves in P0000136,
unique no-capture SPG as 43.0 moves in P0002554, non-unique SPG as 183.0
moves in the classical collaboration between Ceriani and Fabel P0001951. The
answer to the above question is needed to complete the list.

Hello,

I thought that maybe some people would find this interesting: a proofgame in
draughts. Not an exact proofgame unfortunately, these are almost impossible
to realise.

This is the longest possible game without captures or promotions.
