[Retros] Introduction to Proof Games

Hi Andy,

I find your argument quite convincing! So for the area of retros and proof games, there should be no controversy.

For other problem genres, one could either stress the historical perspective (as Werner Keym does, correctly pointing out the historical context) or stress the challenging combination of oddnesses (as Steve Dowd and the commentator at the mentioned BCPS-site do).

Best wishes,

Bernd

All four promotional pieces have different properties and challenges in PGs, whether they be Pronkin, Ceriani-Frolkin, phoenix etc... Indeed for Schnoebelen promotions, the queen is by very far indeed the hardest one!
