[Retros] Thoughts about P0000230

I saw P0000230 on Friday with Henrik's preliminary solution and Mario's thoughts about its correctness.
I played over 60 moves backwards to allow Black's b7-b6 to break the 50-moves rule. In my opinion the game had been a draw about ten moves earlier. The authors's clever solution assumes that castling breaks the 50 moves rule. I have been reading the rules for over 50 years now. There has been no significant change during those years. Codex says that 50 moves rule (if otherwise not stated) is accepted only in retroproblems. (This is a retro-problem). The OTB rules say that breaking 50 moves rule requires pawn move or capture. Castling in my opinion is not a pawn move nor a capture. I have seen in early FIDE-albums problems like this: "If castling breaks the 50-moves rules then solution 1, if it does not then solution 2. Now it is 2010 and I want to know what I can present in future without breaking the law and the rules,

hj: My guess is -1.Ra6:B. (2003-6-2)
Mario Richter: Position after 1.Ra6:B looks illegal to me: How do you get the wK out of his prison? (2010-4-15)
Henrik Juel: My 2003 guess was probably a youthful attempt to provoke somebody to copy the tedious solution from Die Schwalbe, so far without success. (2010-4-16)
Mario Richter: Unfortunately I only have the issue of Die Schwalbe, in which the problem was published (so I can confirm, that the diagram is correct), but not the one with the solution.
Pleas notice, that the complete stipulation reads: "Weiß nimmt einen Zug so zurück, daß die (entstehende) Stellung remis ist!" (White retracts one move in such a way, that the (resulting) position is drawn!)
Judge D.Pronkin wrote in his award: "Es gibt viele Kompositionen, welche die 50-Züge-Regel benutzen, aber diese Aufgabe ist vielleicht die komplizierteste zum Lösen." (There are many compositions, which use the 50-moves-rule, but this one is perhaps the most complicated one to solve.) (2010-4-17)
Gerd Wilts: Solution added. Henrik's guess was correct, after all! (2010-4-17)
