[Retros] Ortho-reconstructions

Returning to Pr.16 by M.Caillaud and my retroanalysis of its twin (b)
I think it can easily be repaired "as is" by a proper restipulation. E.g.,
Draw. (a) By what rule? (b) By the same rule?
Of course, the answer to (b) has changed ("yes") and its confirmation
has become much more difficult. Are there better suggestions?
