[Retros] PGs of the Future

Hi chess friends,

To Roberto's list of "challenges of the future", we can add the difficult
and appealing diagonal type : PR(A) & CF(A). The point is that when CF is
easy (eg for knights) then PR is complicated, and vice-versa.

The simplest one is probably when A=Rook, but even in that case this is
unclear, at least to my eyes, how to construct it.
