[W126 Coupe] Message size limits

I have increased the permitted message size to 2MB (2000KB). Because of 
the way 8-bit files must be encoded to pass through 7-bit email servers 
you should try to limit photos and similar large attachments to 1.0 - 
1.2MB (1000 - 1200KB). A recent 1.64MB photo, for example, grew to 2.3MB 
in the encoding process.

Otherwise they wind up in the moderator's queue and will be delayed. If 
you have a super-duper extra-special high-resolution photo that you have 
to share, I'll try to squeeze it through; but keep in mind that the 
sample I have attached is only 107KB.
