Well am planning on using an aftermarket amp anyways so ya am not gonna be using the original amps .. Am still asking around for advice from more experienced people and still waiting a reply.. Now am gonna include MB coupes :P..
Am trying to replicate the sound system on my ex-W202: 4 mid-range speakers 2 subs (i think all were 6.5" .. non sandard for subs..) and 2 tweeters.. Clearly the 560 has no space for those so am gonna be making kick panels for all of them (except tweeters) .. Also am planning on getting a 5 channel amp to support all that... I know i still look like i do not know what am doing lol.. Am starting with kickpanels since its the cheapest part of the project .. That way i get to do more research and save some money.. I would appreciate some feedback and advice so thanks in advance ;)

I was thinking of switching to a different head unit such as Kenwood and mounting speakers via kickpanels etc.. but at the same time i do not want anything too flashy i want it to blend in with the interior..and am trying to build a good quality system with reasonable bass and crisp sounds

I replicated it using fiberglass and body filler .. made it a bit wider and it is much heavier but for a first try it is good enough for me.. i bought a fake=cheap IPAD dock and did some cutting in order to get the result shown in the pictures.. also got a iphone car charger and am gonna connect it from the lighter supply behind the ashtray .. now i just need to do some more sanding and then take it to an upholstry shop..
