[W126 Coupe] What is the trick for removing and replacing the battery in a 1984 500 SEC

Hope this doesn't sound sexist but even after removing the holdown bolts, it
is a very heavy battery and its an awkward lift. It takes a bit of brute
strength to lift it out. Be careful.
