[W126 Coupe] 560 misfire

my 560 has a slight surge on 2000 to 2500 rpm in all gears .on exceleration it is not noticeable but on a steady speed of 100kmp /hour 2100 rpm it is a pain .I have taken her (my 560 ) to a bebz dealer and had her serviced but still the same can any one help thanks Nev.
