[W126 Coupe] rewiring the lights on my 83 380SEC Euro

Can't help you with the lights.  But as to the leaves, I've learned on cars
to vacuum the engine bay just like the interior.  Known a few too many
people who had issues with leaves and such causes fires under the hood.
