[W126 Coupe] door sill removal & seat covers

Clay,
Door sill just pry up from stoke heading toward hinge using stiff blade putty knife.  Sill has a center seam and is press fit in place.  No other fasteners.

Can someone tell me how to remove the door sill plate from my 83 sec?   

Does anyone here have experiance purchasing seat covers from topsandseats.com ?
