Dave,

For starters...

Visually check that the compressor is on at all times.
Check the site glass on the receiver/dryer for solid flow of refrigerant 
while compressor running.  (Solid flow, bubbles, no flow?)
Check the monovalve it may be open and your heater core running hot.
Check your fresh air damper vacuum pods.
