[W126 Coupe] Front shocks 560SEC

I have just been advised that my front shocks on my 1990 560SEC are leaking and I need to replace them. I have 192000 miles on the car and assume they were replaced before I bought the car at 127,000 miles three years ago.

I would appreciate suggestions as to best make. The car has been lowered and wears 18 inch AMG monobloc wheels. It handles very well, but I do drive it a lot and need a good ride as well.
