[W126 Coupe] Fouled Spark Plug

The #4 spark plug on my 1991 560 SEC fouls every now and then. I want to
clean or replace it when I feel the rough idle.
 I currently have W9DCO Bosch Super RO 882 gapped at 0.32. I have seen
messages saying to use NGK BP6ES set at 0.042 and other suggested gaps from
0.032 to 0.055.
What should I do?
