That's not a pressure setting. It inserts different "R16" resistors to
adjust the ignition timing. The standard value of 750 ohms works fine
for US gas. If you burn 91 -93 octane premium you can raise it to 1000
or 1200 ohms and get better acceleration off the line and better gas
mileage at cruising speeds.

With help from Satish I once built a graph of timing versus R16 value,
but I can't find it today.
