[W126 Coupe] transmission needed

I have a 1984 500 SEC for which I need a transmission to replace the failed one that is currently in the car.  I found a used one on EBay for $399. plus $150 for shipping, and would appreciate some input or advice on whether I should take a chance on this one, or possible if someone has one available for sale.
