I'd start checking the condition of the tie rods, shocks, springs and spring pads, dogbones and the sway bar.

To my knowledege nothing has been done to the front end. In addition to haveing the tires balanced twice I had the wheels checked for roundness. The dealer wanted to put another set of wheels on the car but didn't have a set that would fit. What front end work would you suggest that could cause this vibration?

What work has been done on the front suspension/steering?

Have you replaced any of the front end components, including rubber parts?

My 91 SEC has a stering wheel/front end vibration at 60 to 70 mph thats driving me nuts. When I first got the car three years ago it had been sitting for a long time. I replaced the tires with Michine Premiacy and had them load balanced at a MB Dealer. It feels like the typical wheels out of balance.
