[W126 Coupe] idle controls

I may be misremembering on this, but I believe that the two are 
different, though I don't know in what way.

Unfortunately, the Euro part was more expensive from what I remember 
finding, when thinking that my '84 SEC was having idle control valve 
issues.  I eventually tracked it down to other vacuum leaks though.

Have you tried running carb cleaner through the valve to clean out any 
junk or sludge that might be binding the sliding air valve inside?
