[W126 Coupe] SEC Wiper Issue

The only thing I can say is some GM wipers from 1959-1962 had
similar problems and it was the wiper motor.
Rebuilt two, three years ago.
Since some of the electronics on Mercedes in the late 1970s-1980s GM
based could be the same here.
