[W126 Coupe] Instrument Cluster

This may be a simple silly thing to try, but it happened to me once.  I had
gotten gas, pushed the trip odometer, which also doubles as the dash dimmer,
and I must have pushed it in just such a way as to dim the dash completely.
So try that first and see if it changes anything, worth a shot!
