    Hi Folks
Many thanks to all those people who offered advise,its finaly come out after 
a lot of wriggling & pulling,I found a hard plastic spatula usefull to 
separate the seal without any damage to the surrounding areas.One tip ,make 
sure the steering wheel is in the straight ahead position to give maximum 
clearance.
