I had the misfortune of incurring a flat tire on the West Shore Expresssway on Staten Island on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 PM. (That would be Superbowl Sunday). I had to get towed off the Expressway by an NYPD  "authorized" provider. 

Once off the ramp, (and it was only 100 feet off the end of the ramp; no time wasted there) I called the MB Roadside Assistance Hotline and the nearest MB dealer, Ray Catena of Edison, NJ, had a service tech to me within 25 minutes. The tire change was free, and quick, and I was on my way 15 minutes later. Arrived home with the score 0-0 !!

Since I believe giving credit when credit is due, I thought I would pass this along. 

When I bought my car 2 years ago, I was totally unaware it came with this lifetime benefit (a gallon of gas, or towing to the nearest MB dealer is also free if you need it).If anyone else is unaware they have this program riding along, now you know.
