[W126 Coupe] Euro headlight adjustment

Two different things.  All headlights are manually adjustable via the
various knobs on the lights themselves.  Second, the euro ones with vacuum
adjust allow you to change the height from within the car via a thumbwheel.
To do that you need the switch and vacuum lines.  Not all euro lights had
this feature though.
