[W126 Coupe] ? about clock, fuse box, radiator light and gas door lock

can't believe i'm saying this but i bought another 560 sec, 1991.  i had an 1988 560 sec

now, i finding all the little things wrong...

clock:  just doesn't work.   fuse? or do i have to pull the instrument cluster out?

fuse box:   next to the regular fuse box i have a small one that holds two fuses?  i should say this car has euro headlights.  these are not the original car headlights.  maybe that's what the fuses are for? 

radiator light:   just stays on.  the reservoir is full and the temp is normal.  fuse?

gas door:   doesn't lock.   looks like a pin should come out?
