Not to belabor the point Frank but

how many of us bought Cristy Dry Gas in the winter

to keep the moisture in the cheap gas we bought back then from icing and cloging the intake?

You did not say if in fact the tank was near empty, if the "R" was a false reading, or if the tank was half full
If you in fact the you were riding on "R" GET GAS when you are down to a 1/4 tank
keep cruisin on a full tank

I can add my ditto to all that are saying that we don't want to be scraping the "bottom of the barrel", so to speak. 50 years ago when I was a kid I used to let my old car get down to the bottom of the gauge and then buy cheap gas. I can't tell you how much I spent buying gasoline cleaners to try and get the crap from the gas out of the fuel line, etc.
